A few years ago, a young woman in our church who was here to complete her masters degree sent me a letter, and this is what she wrote: “Without Coastline, I wouldn’t know where I’d be now. I always believed in God. But here I experienced God.”
Another young man was visiting from out of town and he said to me, “I don’t think I have ever been to a church where I was surrounded by people who take their faith in Jesus so seriously.”
These conversations always stick with me. It captures the heart of what makes Coastline so special: people finding hope. Not just attending, but belonging. God has done so much through us the last seven years.
Still, we believe with all our hearts: There is more.
When Tracey and I said ‘yes’ to planting Coastline in 2019, we had no idea just how much God would grow this house. But here we are – witnessing His faithfulness, provision, and kindness in ways that continue to amaze us.
As you scroll through this page, you’ll get a glimpse of the vision ahead, what we believe God is leading us to do in the community, and what it will take to get there. As you read, picture the rooms filled with laughter, tears, worship, stories, and people – your friends, your neighbors, maybe even people you haven’t met yet. Imagine hearts being healed and lives forever changed.
We’re so thankful to be on this journey with you.
And we can’t wait to see what God does next through all of this.
Pastor Brice & Tracey
We are on a trajectory of growth to reach 300 regular attendees + 30 or more kids under 5 by 2030. By April 2028, our current lease will expire. We need a permanent home that will meet the needs of Coastline families and allow us to make more disciples in the city of Seattle.
“This gift is the unfolding of an actual miracle from the Lord.”
Tyler Gorsline, Lead Pastor at A Seattle Church
“This project isn’t about expansion for expansion’s sake. It’s about mission alignment – building spaces that reflect our heart to reach the lost, disciple believers, and serve our city. Every square foot reflects our calling. Every dollar invested is a seed planted in the spiritual soil of the future.
Coastline Church is not just growing – it’s growing with purpose.”
Zak Taylor, Board Chair
The addition of a weekday daycare empowers us to serve young families in our community with practical, Christ-centered care. This weekday presence allows us to minister far beyond Sunday, building relationships that can lead to deeper spiritual growth and family support.
